Sacramento, Calif. – Dec. 2, 2025 – Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) announced that Myla Ramos, CEO and Co-Founder of SearchPros, a human capital and workforce solutions provider, was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 National Finalist, following Ramos’s selection as a Bay Area regional award winner in June.
Ramos was chosen from a group of 221 Entrepreneur Of The Year regional winners, representing 191 companies across the United States. For 40 years, Entrepreneur Of The Year has been the premiere competitive business award for ambitious entrepreneurs who are transforming industries, impacting communities, and creating long-term value.
Ramos has built SearchPros from the ground up, evolving from a local staffing firm into a managed service program (MSP) with zero debt, 32% year-over-year revenue growth, and seven consecutive years as a “Best Place to Work” from organizations including Inc., the Sacramento Business Journal, and Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). SearchPros, which celebrated 20 years in business this year, has put 20,800 people to work since inception. Ramos’s balanced approach, combining scalable technology and financial discipline with an award-winning culture, has positioned SearchPros as a model for sustainable growth in modern staffing.
Ramos was selected by a panel of independent judges comprised of entrepreneurs and other respected business leaders from across the country. The candidates were evaluated based on their proven records of building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth and impact, among other core contributions and attributes.
