I wanted to thank you for all your help – SearchPros. I’ve been with the company for over 20 years working with different recruiting MSP Programs, but SearchPros top them all. I remember our last 2 MSP Programs were good, but when SearchPros took over, they really owned it. Boy, it was refreshing to get a new energetic, motivated, open-minded agent to work with. After the introduction we hit it off on the right step. We brainstormed, planned how to execute, and then implemented a new package. The package included making sure candidates took and passed a physical exam if required for job vs trying to get it after they were hired. We changed the game. We planned interviews, meetings with senior managers, supervisors, and coordinated with me the trainer to schedule new hires, etc. Then I switched roles and became the manager of the receiving warehouse and SearchPros stepped up to support me with using the old and new hiring system for contractors. As the years passed, SearchPros has continued to be supportive whenever called upon. They are one of the best and a true value partner to our organization.
